Heather Carter's a RINO

Heard State Sen Carter speak at GOP Precinct meeting on 2/26. She tried to sell us all on why Obamacare & Medicaid expansion are "good for the state". I was not impressed at all, nor were other conservatives. Once again I've been duped by a RINO. She's a moderate at best and more liberal than anything else. I'll work hard to unseat her at next opportunity.
