Arizona Pathfinders exists to protect and serve the citizens
of Arizona; to defend their right to Life, Liberty, personal property,
the pursuit of happiness, from all enemies, both foreign and domestic;
to defend the welfare of the greater community by upholding the rule of
law as defined by the constitutions of Arizona and that of the United
States; and to ensure the safety of, and the provision for, the family.
The Pathfinders role is not offensive in nature, but completely
defensive.  And as such, our preparations and training focus on
the possibility of a National Defense Emergency, or other situation,
that depends on a network of local people for sheer survival.
We are a legally-organized, community focused, privately-funded, all
volunteer, Constitutional Militia, which exists to defend our rights as
ordained by God, ranted by Common Law and guaranteed by our
Constitution(s) to citizens of the state of Arizona.  We are
dedicated to the sanctity of life, the consecration of personal
liberty, the inviolability of of personal property, and to preserve the
ability of the individual to pursue their own course of happiness.
To these ends does each Pathfinder mutually pledge the sacrificial oath

"My Life, My Fortune and My Sacred Honor!"

Today, Wednesday, February 6th, at 2:00, the Arizona State Legislature will be meeting to hear testimony concerning Senate Bill 1086, which proposes police officer training regarding motorcycle profiling.

Be careful, your first reaction may be to dismiss this issue, believing it "doesn't apply" to you.  You'd be wrong.

This topic may seem as if it's a peripheral issue to the Tea Party.  However, for the same reason we took a stand several months ago on the injustice in Quartzite, we should support the motorcycle clubs in favor of passing this bill.

With Quartzite, recall that we didn't want to just sit by and allow the city council to run roughshod over the community.  That same dynamic applies here.  We shouldn't allow our own police to bully a segment of our community.  This is one of those circumstances in which we're fooling ourselves if we sit by and watch "someone else" have his or her rights infringed on and assume it will not weaken us as a whole.

SB 1086 has been introduced because of some pretty scary, yet commonplace, occurrences to which bikers are subjected. Bikers are regularly pulled over for no reason (interrogated, photographed, & documented), have routine surveillance done where no crimes are being committed nor suspected (more or less an intimidation tactic), and are subject to other methods of profiling that you and I would be shocked at if it happened to us.  Yet, these violations of Constitutional rights are being done right under our noses. (Yes, of course you didn't hear about it  -- when was the last time the media really covered a Constitutional rights issue as it pertains to American citizens?)

Most of the bikers targeted by these police actions are regular hard-working Americans who stand firmly for the same freedoms you and I do.  In fact, you might be surprised how many of our near-and-dear conservative values the motorcycle clubs hold.  Don't let a leather jacket and a loud motorcycle fool you.

Lastly lest you think this doesn't apply to you, just remember that old piece of prose warning more or less about "and then they came for us...."

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out--
Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out--
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out--
Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me--and there was no one left to speak for me.

Ladies and Gentlemen:  There is a woman in Maricopa county AZ who is probably even more corrupt than zero and Cie.  She is a supervisor on the Maricopa county Board of Supervisors. She has run unopposed for many elections and is viewed as untouchable, but she has made a huge miscalculation. She and one of the other board supervisors were investigated by the county attorney and the cases were found to be with merit by several other county attorneys and a judge from another county.  The attorney was disbarred in a rigged procedure by a corrupt retired judge who is in charge of the AZ bar association hearings.  For her stress, she was awarded 1+ million dollars, which has yet to be paid to her although she is bringing all of her corrupt buddies in the court system to help her cheat the taxpayers out of their money.  She has angered more voters of every flavor and stands a real chance of being defeated.

I am running against her and will need help with volunteers, funds and moral support. I ask you to go to my website and sign in, volunteer or contribute some cash so we the grassroots can start to clean out the ruling class.

Please help in anyway you can.

Wendy, I don't use my real name for almost anything, even out socializing.
I attended a few Arizona Committee Of Safety meeting. I was nominated by Az Ranger to be temporary board leader but declined. Reason was militia and that position don't mix.
Anyway I will be there along with some other Fokes.
