To Arizona Patriots,

Yesterday, several members of the Arizona State Guard, LLC attended State Senator Sylvia Allen’s Border Security Committee meeting. One of the subjects was SB1495, the senate version of Jack Harpers HB2070 that will create a state-organized, controlled, and funded citizen’s security defense force to be known as the Arizona State Guard (proposed). The conversation was concerning some of the wording to be reviewed and changed, but in essence the bill appears to be moving forward, and it looks like it will eventually hit the Senate Floor. As I understand Jack Harper’s bill is also moving forward quite well in the House and will also make it to the floor for a vote! And, Brewer has said that she would almost certainly sign it!

This is very good news for this state! With the levels of the National Guard depleted well-below acceptable levels, the Arizona State Guard will go a long way towards securing the lives, property, and liberties of the citizens of Arizona. And it is about time that this state take the responsibility for securing its own borders, since the federal gov’t has failed to live up to its Constitutional mandate in this matter. And, Arizona is not alone. According to Chairwoman Allen, there are 47 states that either already have a state-legislated citizen’s state guard, or are in the process of establishing one; just as Arizona is doing! She has been in touch many of those who are making this happen. BTW, in the course of the two hours we were at the committee meeting, we counted 15 times the words states rights or state sovereignty was used by the committee members!

We have a major problem in the state of Arizona currently. We have lost almost 80 miles of our sovereign territory to the encroachment of illegals and bad guys running mule trains full of cocaine north from Mexico into our state, our cities, our neighborhoods, and into our schools! How long will we, the citizens of the this state, stand silently or idlely by while poison is being sent northward with the main intent to destroy the fabric of our country and to cripple our society? How long will we make the excuse that it is the fed’s responsibility to fix the border issue while we have brave men and women working for the Border Patrol or any number of other federal agencies sent out to do their job carrying bean-bags, rubber bullets, mace, or other forms of useless protection while facing automatic AK-47’s, AR 15s, and other assorted weapons? How long will we listen to the lies being perpetrated by DHS about the origins of those weapons? Anyone who knows anything about the situation on the border knows that the vast majority of those weapons have been imported from Russia, Yugoslavia, and China!

The time is NOW! Now, is the time to act, Ladies and Gentlemen! For once, we have the vehicle to stop this travesty, because the Arizona State Guard is the solution! Made up of Arizonians for Arizona, we can and will stop the drug importation from Mexico! There is much more that was said, and more that was implied at that meeting. Our legislature is prepared to provide its citizenry with the tools and equipment it will take to do this job! It won’t be easy, and it won’t be fast, but nothing that is worthwhile ever is!

Because of legislative time frames, the actual formation of the Arizona State Guard will probably not happen until around July, so there is plenty of time to get ready. By that I mean, physical conditioning, equipment acquisition and preparation, and field training! Why wait till July and be behind the learning curve when you can start your training with us now? We are meeting one day every weekend; East side of the Valley on Sunday mornings, and Saturdays on the west side. This week on Saturday (02/19) we will be out at Lake Pleasant for the west side training, and the following Sunday (02/27), we will be out near Gold Canyon Ranch for the east side training. And, we will be doing this every

Hi Everybody! Just joined.

I want to get the word out about a very momentous event occuring in AZ as we speak! Back in 2007 then Sen Jack Harper got a bill passed which was vetoed by Gov Napolitano, bless her fascist black heart! This bill created a Citizen's Homeland Security Force to assist in protecting our border.

Well, the bill is back, and it is going to pass this time, too! However, Gov Brewer has said she will sign it this time! It is HB 2070!

So, with that in mind a group of us have formed a legal AZ limited liability company called the Arizona State Guard, LLC, and we intend to participate in Rep Harper's program. We have been training for 12 weeks now, by meeting Thurs nites for classroom training, and on the weekends! We meet Saturdays or Sundays on alternating weekends to train, and when the time is right we will be ready to assist in helping to secure our borders and interdicing the flow of drugs into our state!

I write this post, because I believe that there are folks in the TEA Party movement who believe that our state and nation should have secure borders, that the flow of drugs into AZ must be dealt with, and that there are those in the desert who have need of humanitarian aid in terms of food, water, and medical attention! I also believe that there are those who would want to participate in a program such as this. Great conditioning, scenic views, awesome comraderie, and a noble cause...this is what the Arizona State Guard stands for!

There are a great many positions to be filled. Although there are the patrolling type of positions, there are a great many more which are of a supportive nature, such as logistics, mechanical, food service, communications, and a great many more! All ages are welcome, and (just so you know) THIS IS NOT THE ARMY! This is entirely a volunteer force!

I invite any patriotic American to consider how they might participate with us as we take back our State, and protect its citizens and property from illegal incursions. We have lost about 80 miles, and it is time to get it back, or that number will go higher!

Please call me at: (602) 290-4784 with any questions you may have.

Jim, Could you please send me the material on voting for Judges that is mentioned in today's Greater Pgoenix e-mail. If it's e-mailable, my address is, else, if it is volumnious, I'll try and pick it up from you after the Dr. gives me an OK to drive with my healing broken arm, later this week, if you'll give me a pickup address. I'd say at the meeting, but as I'm not permitted to drive yet, I don't know if I'll be in attendance.

onite is the S. W. Valley TPP meeting at the Jumbo Buffet 35th Ave and Southern in Phoenix. Come for meet and greet at 6, meeting at 7 PM. This is the last meeting before the election. We have much to discuss not the least of which is the direction of our group and the tea party in general after Nov. We have also been approached by people from the far west valley to join us or to cohabit with us until they are strong enough to go it alone. Please come, bring all your friends and hear Janet make another inspiring speech.
