Acting United States Navy Secretary Thomas B. Modly relieving Captain Brett E. Crozier of his Command of the U.S.S. Theodore Roosevelt CVN 71 for lapse of good judgement in distributing an email was in my opinion justified.
Modly getting on the Ships 1MC (intercom system) berating the Captain and cursing was not, in fact he displayed worse behavior than Captain Crozier exercised and should be terminated immediately.
Besides unbecoming of a human, Modly violated every personnel principal civil and military.
