Tom Morrissey is not Tea Party in the least

January 28, 2011, I had the opportunity to hear Sal DiCiccio speak to the Deer Valley Tea Party Group. His presentation was a mix of informative points that were grossly incomplete, often redirected by irrelevant short stories all hyped with passion. Basically a presentation directed more on winning favor to the speaker while injecting facts with distortion.

DiCiccio said that the City of Phoenix Council this past summer made a large crowd of Tea Party Patriots stand outside in the heat during a Formal Council Meeting as “CITY UNION EMPLOYEES” had filled the seats in the chamber.

Isn’t DiCiccio on the Council, and was there? I spoke with DiCiccio for about 10 minutes after the meeting. I asked him why the council didn’t open up one or both overflow chambers to accommodate the TEA PARTY people outside in the heat. His response again was that the Council didn’t want to. He explained it was their intent to let them stand outside, indicating the City Union Employees were there for that reason.

True or not, the fact remains that he said to the whole Deer Valley group that the Council let them stand outside. Meaning DiCiccio knew they were outside and failed to bring a QUESTION OF PRIVILEGE to accommodate the comfort needs of the Tea Party he seeks support from. So it either happen and he did nothing, or it didn’t happen. Either way his intent was to incite the DV audience to side with him against the evil City of Phoenix Council who did their kind wrong?

DiCiccio took a question form Rodger Edgar's concern of slow police responses, “what should I do?” DiCiccio, smiled, looked around, rolled the mic stand, pulled it close and said...... with a pause “do you own a gun(?).”

OK, using that analogy DiCiccio, it would be prudent for you to consider cutting Police and Fire budgets seeing they represent 60% of the total City of Phoenix budget, everyone has water and a garden hose, most owning guns as well.

Funny seeing Ron Ludders and Tom Husband up front on the mic at the end of the meeting. Ludders on the AZ 2012 Project and Husband yelling like Howard Dean, yea the Tea Party put a Tea Party Candidate in the State GOP Chair, "Tom Morrissey the Tea Party Candidate YEA!!!!!!!!!"

I about lost my dinner.

People, wake up, Tom Morrissey is not Tea Party in the least, this is a GOP scam.

Time to get back to our "Tea" roots & give infil"traitors" the boot and distance ourselves from those who do not adhere.  It's people like Morrisey who put the Tea Party in a bad light.  It sounds to me like group leaders need to be reminded of the Tea Party's core principles and purpose.  Our nation is at risk; we don't need our efforts to be at risk as well.

GOP plant, that GOP Tea Party infiltrators are trying push off as TEA PARTY – this guy has major baggage, to include those who promote him as Tea Party. It’s baggage true Tea Party frame of mind Patriots need to ditch to lighten the load before the press expose him on what they already know and attached it to us.

i wish there was a non partisan group available; however, i have not found much interest among the members here. i am registered as an independent. i vote the person, not the party, so these republican "convention" type meetings are not my cup of tea.....lol.....
